Racial +

refers to race and its intersections with gender, class, sexual orientation, religion, ability, etc. 

Equitecture

combines the words equity and architecture.

Equity

is a direct translation from the original Old French equité, a word whose Latin root means “even,” “just,” and “equal.”

-tecture

The morpheme “-tecture” derives from the Greek word, tekton or builder.
